There are a lot of benefits to Home-schooling which I have described below, but there are still a lot of things to consider when making your decision. They will find it easier to resist the pressure they get from their friends to break rules because they won't be spending hours of idle time together.
A home schooler's social experiences tend to be more positively influenced; they have the opportunity to spend time with children and adults of various ages, rather than thirty or more same-age peers.
It is also a point to remember you will not need to pay expensive uniform costs at the beginning of each term and with home-schooling, and you do have the expense of daily travel. No daily travel really saves time which in turn could be used as valuable teaching time. A child with a half hour journey to school equates to an extra hour per day which could be spent much more productively through learning.
