Sin la invencion del automovil, desde 1886, hasta hoy, 2012, el coche ha tenido muchas transformaciones, como cualquier invencion.
Si nos vamos en otra ciudad, de vacaciones o por el trabajo, normalmente si no esta lejos vamos en nuestro coche, o en el automovil de la empresa. Pero hay personas que prefieren alquiler el coche para no usar demasiado el coche propio.

En Europa la tendencia es de comprar coches que generan menos contaminacion, debido al cambio climatico. Hay marcas asiaticas, como Honda y Toyota, que estan pensando en la electrificacion del transporte: los vehiculos hibridos, un motor de gasolina y otro electrico.
Los coches modernos son mas y mas seguros y por supuesto menos contaminados. Hay muchos paises que ofrecen incentivos fiscales para que los propietarios desechen los modelos de coches mas antiguos y que puedan comprar modelos mas nuevos.
