Recruiting is a series of activities to obtain human resources from the labor market or recruiting market by the organization. Candidates can from either internal recruitment or from the external recruitment.

An interviewee who is prepared well will be more natural in emotion and body languages and has better ability of response. Etiquette during this process plays an important role in the success of interview for the interviewers. Neither being too polite nor too humble. In the end of the interview, interviewers should be confident and determined whatever they have said. It will give examiner impressive behaviors.
