Every country possesses some social and civic rules. Maintaining and avoiding them by the citizens of that place, actually decide the fate of that country for future prospects. As per the civic rules, they are a must to follow. Actually they help in the betterment of citizens and hence in turn the whole place we live in. One of the civic rules like road rule is our discussion point over here. We are very familiar with the traffic rules and the effects on violation of it.
