They solved the serious problem according to their credo which emphasizes the importance of protecting the public and the responsibility for consumers. They imposed new regulations to make drug packaging tamper resistant and tried their best to reduce the harmful elements and offer safer product.
During these crises, Johnson&amp;Johnson has showed the public that it cares about the consumer. As a result, it shows a reliable image among the consumers and has been increasing its market share and then it is enjoying a good performance.
Definitely, the Johnson&amp;Johnson is an example of other companies when dealing with business ethics. It tells all the companies that unless you keep the code of business ethics and responsibilities in mind and carry out them, you will not possible gain the trust of customers, clients and the public, even worse, the company will certainly fail to survive in this highly competitive age.
