If you think that you cannot start a business alone then you are wrong, you do not need a partner. You do not need a successful partner to get success in business. Even with partners you cannot make sure that you will finish your assignments faster with more perfection, or can&rsquo;t reduce the risk too. Well, with partners you include some other risks in business; often partners have different goals in their mind. That is known as incompatibility between partners, and this carries and brings you some real disadvantages in business.
One major issue can be, decision making, if two partners are not agree in a decision, then business may lead to a pathetic situation with proper leadership and decisions, and it will cause a war between two partners.
You know it very well, that no business can exist for long without any profit in hand, so with partners and a loss in business; chances get high for the business to see a full stop on it.
 
Even difference in ethics can lead to failure in business, for example one business partner may be hardworking and the other may be not like that, then there may come a problem between these two which may lead to problem in decision making again.
And another point for not going into a partnership business, is differences in long term and short term goals, everyone has their long and short term goal in mind. When two business partners come with different goals in their mind, so they differ. That may cause a conflict in future.
 
The final disadvantage is of course related to the most precision word that is trust. Before you choose your business partner, first you should consider, if you trust him or her fully, if the answer is yes, then consider the other points mentioned above. Never take a chance, you never know when you partner will put you down with your dreams and business.
With so many chances and involvement of large amount of money does not permit you to make your relatives a business partner, as it may harm the relation with your business.
